And taking that concept up a few notches is the takeover at Brown's Hotel by Heinz Beck - the three-Michelin-starred chef best-known for La Pergola in Rome.  Also launching on the 13th November, The Donovan Bar at Brown’s will see Salvatore Calabrese take residence to curate a special Martini and Negroni menu, featuring some of his most-loved mixes, including  the now-famous Martini he created whilst in residency at The Dukes Hotel in the 1980."
